De La offers thoughtfully curated products and experiences. Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase, all sales are final.

Unless explicitly stated at checkout, on the product page, or in a written confirmation from De La:

  • No returns
  • No refunds
  • No exchanges

Exceptions (Case-by-Case Review)

In limited circumstances, De La may review requests on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Final determination rests solely with De La.

Eligibility Conditions (If Approved)

If a return is approved, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • Returned in original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase included

De La reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet these standards.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloads
  • Educational content, services, or events
  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper handling

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • De La is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Method (If Approved)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, at De La’s discretion.

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Original shipping fees are not refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact De La within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Requests submitted outside this window may not be reviewed.

Final Authority

De La reserves the right to refuse any request, limit or deny future requests in cases of suspected misuse, and update this policy at any time.
