Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier delays.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Delays
Shipping timelines are estimates only. De La is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
De La is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If an issue occurs, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
De La is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
International Shipping
International shipping availability, rates, and delivery timelines vary by destination.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. De La does not control or estimate these charges.
